We will eventually use the "waste product" that our Lunar LOX facility generates to 3D print buildings that humans can safely occupy. This will probably occur about 10 years after being fully operational (fully operational is defined as 8 years after the ceremonial first shovel).
The processes and shapes of the buildings are beyond the scope of this paper. However, a half-cylinder (Quonset Hut) might be a good design (Image 1). Berthing can be accommodated on the sides, with a park in the middle.

We will deploy into the new buildings when complete, abandoning the modules that had been brought from Earth. The old base will then be turned into a museum.
