Observation Decks are just as important as any other decks.
A Connector will attach two singlewide observation modules. A second Connector attached to the first Connector will become the base for a 3–Level Observation Module (Image 1).
The same setup is duplicated on the opposite end of the Core.

Once these observation decks are attached, an identical pair is then brought in and also attached on the other ends, along with two singlewides with no docking ports on the sides (Image 2). The Double Vertical Docking Port module is attached to its final location.
